What are the changes that can be done to a style I like?

Yes, we would be able to offer all of the above.You can share all your queries with us & speak to our team if needed.

What payment methods does Collage Shop India accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Maestro credit and debit cards.

We also have Net Banking options.

Please note that we do not accept any other methods of payment apart from those listed above.

Is it safe to use my credit card online at Collage Shop India ?

We use the latest SSL encryption technology to store and safely transmit your personal and credit card information through our systems. All orders are processed through a secure checkout system. Additionally, for your safety and protection, we will confirm that the billing address you provide matches the address on file with your credit card company.

You may also choose to securely store your credit card details with us. This means you will not have to enter them again during future purchases, making it quicker and simpler to shop at Collage Shop India.

How do I make a purchase?

Shopping at Collage Shop India is easy:
  • If you know what you are looking for, use the main menu links - Tunics/Tops, Dresses, Saris, etc. . You can also shop using the Personal Shopper link above the menu.
  • Once you have found an item, select your size and click on the 'ADD TO SHOPPING BAG' button on the item information page.
  • If you are looking for a different size or color in an item click on 'CUSTOM ORDER' link on the item information page and fill details, our representative will contact you.
  • Review the items in your shopping bag by clicking the 'SHOPPING BAG' link to the right alongside the menu. You can use the 'X' link to delete items from your shopping bag.
 Click on 'Proceed to Checkout' to complete your order.

Do I need to set up an account to place an order?

Yes. You can browse through the collection without creating an account and select merchandise you like. But you need to set up an account to make purchases.

  • Register with us and you'll be able to enjoy the following benefits through your Collage Shop India account:
  •  Track your orders and review past purchases
  • Save your address and card details so you can shop even quicker next time
  • Manage your account details, address book and email preferences
  • To create an account, simply click on 'LOGIN' and then 'Create an account'.

How do I know that the products you sell are authentic?

As an authorized online retailer for all of the designers we feature, we unconditionally guarantee that every item we sell is 100% authentic.

Which size should I choose?

The size currently available & the size chart for each product are displayed on the product info page. Our customer care team can answer all your questions on sizing and fit - simply click on Need Help? Are the colours of products shown on the website accurate?

While we have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of the products that appear on the Site, we cannot guarantee that your monitor or screen’s display of any colour will be completely accurate, as computer monitors and screens of electronic devices vary.

How do I know if an item is in stock?

All items are in stock unless ‘OUT OF STOCK’ is displayed. Please be aware that even if an item is in your shopping bag, it can still be bought by another customer until you have completed your order. If the product you want to buy is out of stock, you can still place an order by clicking 'AVAILABLE ON ORDER' or please email callcollageblr@gmail.com to find out if there is a back-order for that item (you will need to be a registered user).
